To ensure the privacy and exclusivity to our guest , we do not received more then one party at a time ( regardless if a guest takes all four cottages or one only ) , in other word that the villa estate which is set over 0.5 Hectar and its 9 dedicated staffs is yours alone to enjoy.

CAPACITY
Villa Stefan has a capacity of maximum 14 people , we do not allow for any Party , more then 14 people is considered Party (Party need special permission from the management).

TENTATIVE CONFIRMATION
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate, and the amount of deposit required ( 30 % of total rental )

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS
We might consider exceptional rate discounts for last minute bookings on an availability basis, email us with your requests as required.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Due to high demand our villa is often fully booked. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for the deposit amount requested to our Rupiah bank account . Our Bank Info :

When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation is confirmed. Please advise us by email, phone or fax, after your TT has been made. We then will send you a "Written Confirmation Agreement". Reservations are handled on "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non refundable. The balance of rental payment is due 7 days before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re fundable. Full payment should be received 7 days before arrival.

MINIMUM STAYS AND RENTAL RATES
We have no minimum stay requirement at Villa Stefan. Rental Rates also vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice

RESPONSIBILITY
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Villa Stefan, or during your participation in any activities during your visit . We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly unusually bad weather, acts of God, Acts of Government.
